In the year 2014 “INTER RAO Lietuva” is going to supply electricity to companies which own shopping and entertainment centres “Akropolis” in Vilnius, Klaipėda and Šiauliai.

The validity of this year’s contracts in force with UAB “Ozo turtas”, UAB “Taikos turtas” and UAB “Aido turtas” has been extended for 2014.

At present, AB “INTER RAO Lietuva”, in accordance with the commitments undertaken, extends the validity of current contracts and concludes new ones with electricity consumers—legal persons. Also, the company announced that it has already extended the validity of existing contracts on the supply of electricity or entered into the new ones with UAB “MAXIMA LT”, public limited liability companies “Lietuvos geležinkeliai” and “Lietuvos paštas”.

“INTER RAO Lietuva” is supplying electricity to AB Lietuvos paštas, the largest postal services providing company in Lithuania.

The contract for the supply of electricity was signed upon the receipt of the most favourable tender and winning the public procurement procedure carried out through the Central Public Procurement Information System (CPIS).

At present, AB “INTER RAO Lietuva” extends the validity of contracts with a range of clients and concludes new ones with electricity consumers—legal persons.

“INTER RAO Lietuva” is going to continue supplying electricity to “Lietuvos geležinkeliai” in 2014.

AB “INTER RAO Lietuva” reports that upon the extension of the validity of the current contract the electricity will continue to be supplied to “Lietuvos geležinkeliai”—one of the largest employers and electricity consumers in Lithuania—in the year to come.

UAB “SC Baltic Media” has successfully concluded a sales contract of the company which publishes the “Top Gear” magazine in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. The company was acquired by UAB “ON Media”, one of the former shareholders of “SC Baltic Media”.

It can be said that the decision to sell the “Top Gear” magazine publishing company is a consistent stage of implementation of the decision to optimize our company’s activities and focus on the energy and financial service areas. UAB “ON Media” is the holder of a controlling interest of such daily newspapers as “Kauno diena”, “Klaipėda”, “Sekundė” and weekly newspapers “Vilniaus diena” and “Panevėžio balsas”.
